Contact Journey

Here are some suggestions to help you create your ‘New Contact Journey’.

  • Start by thinking of the different scenarios that often lead you into talking about the oils.  For example, they could mention an ailment, or they could ask what you do.

  • Ponder what you would say in one min in both examples to create more interest that will enable you to further talk about what you do.

  • You could write out the entire conversation as an example for each scenario

  • What are the different options you can invite your new contact to?  For example, you could invite them to use a sample, follow you on Instagram, join a group you post info into, come to a live or an online class or just connect on WhatsApp or Insta. 

  • Write down your clear pathway for a new contact to go on which leads them to purchasing the oils

  • Display your finished Contact Journey where you can see it  

Customer Journey

Once you have enrolled someone, you want to have a clear system so you feel confident that you can give them the support they need to help them become a long-term customer in a way that is sustainable for you.  You also want this journey to lead them to the possibility of hosting a class, becoming a sharer or a builder.

  • What is the first thing you do after they have enroled?  Do you have a welcome email?

  • How and when are you going to book your Getting Started Consultation with them?

  • Do you have a confirmation email to send after booking this?

  • What do you do after the Getting Started Consultation/ email?

  • Do you create a wellness plan with them in the consultation – PWP?

  • What educational support can you offer?  Fbk group, educational emails, videos, continued ed training sessions etc?

  • When is your next conversation with them?  I recommend checking in after 30 days and 90 days.

  • When will you introduce hosted classes, potential to share and do the business?
