The Loyalty Rewards Program

The Loyalty Rewards Program (LRP) is the best and cheapest way for customers to get the most out of their account.  It is a very generous program and one that makes sense to do once customers are educated into how the dōTERRA oils and products are a way of life.  If used properly it will be one of the biggest contributing factors to you having a stable business with a secure residual income.

The Retention Rate in dōTERRA is 70% compared to the National Average of about 13%! This is one of the reasons why the residual income you can make with dōTERRA is so good. Retention Rate measures how the percentage of people ordering every three months. LRP rate is the percentage of people ordering every month as this is obligatory if you order through the Loyalty Rewards Program. LRP rate varies a lot across teams. A poor LRP rate is one that is less than 40%. A Good LRP rate is one that is more than 60%. It is worth spending time with new customers and not just moving onto enrolling new ones all the time. If you can help each of your customers get onto LRP then your business will be extremely stable. It is far better to have quality customers than a huge quantity of new customers who never order again.

LRP: How to Set Up

The Loyalty Rewards Program was created as a way for dōTERRA to show appreciation for loyalty for all Customers. By setting up an automatic monthly order, you receive a number of benefits, including earning other bonuses in the compensation plan. You can also customize each order and the date it processes through your Virtual Office by going to the Shop tab.

It provides free product credits for monthly purchases ordered on the program. As a participant in the Loyalty Rewards Program, you will immediately begin to earn product credits that can be used as cash to purchase dōTERRA products. The longer you participate, the more credits you can earn — up to 30% of your total monthly Loyalty Rewards purchases! 

The Benefits of LRP?

As a member of the Loyalty Rewards program, you will receive points which you can redeem for free product. In addition, if you place an LRP order between the 1st and 15th of the month which reaches 125PV (Personal Volume), you will qualify for the Product of the Month Club. The Product of the Month Club is a permanent promotion, with a new free product each month! As a member of the Loyalty Rewards Program, you may also qualify yourself for more commission opportunities.

  1. You earn a percent back. Depending on the enrollment kit that you start out with, (see the varying starting points for each kit on the Enrollment Kit flyer) signing up with the LRP program means that you will receive at least 10 percent back on your LRP orders. The longer you participate in the program, the larger percent you get back on your purchases until you reach 30 percent at 13 months.

  2. LRP points and free product: The percentage you earn back through ordering on the program is added to your account through product credits. You can use these points to purchase free product.

  3. Required to earn Power of 3 and Fast Start bonuses: In order to qualify to earn the Power of 3 Bonus and Fast Start, you must have in place at least a 100PV order each month. If you are active in the business in sharing, enrolling, and building these bonuses only help you continue to build your business–and having the automatic LRP order set up means that you are also getting back some of what you have put in in free product.

  4. Product of the Month (POM) benefit: If your monthly LRP is set to at least 125PV, you join the Product of the Month club, and receive a free product with your LRP order. Tip: Remember that your LRP automatic order must be processed before the 15 to receive the Product of the Month

How to Create and LRP Order

To create an LRP order, go into your account and simply click on ‘create a new LRP order’. You can then choose the products you would like and set the date you would like the order to be processed. Remember to set this before the 15th of the month so you receive the product of the month. 

You can edit the order at any point in the month. Make sure you do this the day before your order is due to be processed. If you forget to edit your order, you will receive the same products as the previous month!  You can also edit your address and card details whenever you would like.

If you wish to you can create more than one LRP template to come out at different times. We do not advise this however as it can be confusing. If you wish to do another order after your LRP has gone out, click on your LRP order, change your order and ship now. This will leave your date for the following month in your LRP Template.

Its also known as autoship as you are setting up an order to automatically ship on the date you choose every month.

Tip: Make sure you change your order every month, set a reminder for the day before you shipment date. 

Key points to remember

LRP is the best way and cheapest way for customers to get the most out of their account. LRP is the key for residual income and a stable business for you as an Advocate

  • In order to maintain LRP points, a customer or advocate must spend at least 1pv through LRP each month

  • In order to accumulate more points for LRP, a customer or advocate must spend 50pv through LRP in the qualifying month.

  • In order to receive bonuses, an advocate must ALWAYS have 100pv showing in their LRP cart in the back office.

  • In order to qualify for the free product of the month, a customer or advocate must spend 125pv before the 15th of the month.
